Our Vision West PARR is dedicated to ensuring that individuals in recovery can find safe and supportive housing in Western Pennsylvania. Our alliance provides guidance and a variety of resources to recovery residence providers to ensure that residents who live in recovery housing in Western Pennsylvania have the very best chances of succeeding in their recovery journey.
